Zendesk Developer Training
During my time at Zendesk, I worked as a Senior Instructional Designer on the Global Customer Education team. In this role, I was responsible for creating and publishing a library of technical training courses that served over 12,000 Zendesk developers. I created a total of 7 courses which included videos, graphics, hands-on projects, product demonstrations, assessments, and text lessons. My courses covered highly technical content including how to work with various areas of the Zendesk API, integrating Zendesk with other products, and using Python to create custom chatbots and automations.
My responsibilities included:
Partnering with the Product and Engineering teams to create training content for upcoming product updates
Working with SMEs to find approachable ways to teach technical concepts
Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and develop training strategies
Designing and producing all curriculum content including text, graphics, videos, and voice-over
Implementing courses, certification pathways, and assessments in our LMS

Video Sample
I created the following video to introduce each major component of the Zendesk Developer Platform. I was responsible for writing the script, creating the visual assets, building product demos, recording voice over, and producing the video in Camtasia.
